A weekend workshop where you'll learn how to make richly textured mixed media samples over two days.

No prior experience necessary, the techniques I will share with you are suitable for a range of abilities from beginners to those who wish to further develop their creativity using a range of exciting materials. (a sewing machine would be desirable for some manipulations but not essential as hand sewing could be used as an alternative if required).

There are lots of different, inspiring techniques and materials for you to use to experiment with. Try out using colour, shape and texture including felting, printing, collage and embroidery. During day one of the workshop you will create different samples which you could further develop into journal covers, bags, wall hangings etc. on the second day.
